Eric Price · The 2025 Itinerary

On the Road

A working public itinerary — eighteen to twenty-four paid appearances a year, running Margin Notes virtual readings on the weeks in between, and the occasional indie store signing that doesn’t make the press release. This is the official source for festival dates, bookstore events, library readings, and book-club visits. If it’s listed here, it’s confirmed; if it isn’t, it isn’t booked yet.

For Programmers & Buyers

Booking Eric for a 2025–2026 appearance.

The office accepts eighteen to twenty-four paid appearances per year. Festival main stages, bookstore keynotes, library foundation events, conference panels, and private book-club visits are all in active consideration. Two-on-one craft conversations, master classes (90 minutes), and readings paired with Q&A (45–60 minutes) are the standard formats; bespoke programming is welcome when the budget allows.

  • Lead time. Festivals book eight to ten months out; bookstore and library events take four to six.
  • Travel. Based in New York; willing to travel internationally with honorarium and travel covered.
  • Honorarium. Rate sheet on request; ranges vary by format, audience size, and travel.
  • Audio & video. Livestream-friendly; recording rights negotiated case by case.
